Candid Foundation gGmbH guarantees the application of the German data protection act. My personal and contact data will be handled discretely and only shared with cooperation partners or agencies when necessary (e.g. flight reservation, fast track visa applications, hotel reservation).
I consent to my personal data being stored for the purposes of organisation, management and follow-up of this event by Candid Foundation gGmbH.
I am aware that photos and films being made during the event may be used for public relations purposes by Candid Foundation gGmbH and the Federal Foreign Ministry, also by being published on their internet pages.
I may withdraw my consent to the use of my personal data or pictures and/or video material of my participation at the event at any time by contacting berlin@candid-foundation.org.
I am aware of and consent to the following: The completion of the online registration form on the conference website is regarded as legally binding registration. In case I cannot participate, I will cover any applicable cancellation fee. Inaccurate details will result in delay in processing, inconvenience to guest on arrival at Berlin, and additional charges may be levied by authorities.
